Course Offerings for Upcoming Terms

There is still time to register for the summer and fall terms. Summer courses contribute to your current '23-'24 academic year so they can provide a boost to your GPA or credits required for your financial aid eligibility. The last day to add a class in these terms is Wednesday, May 15th. The Student Portal will be open to register yourself until midnight on Sunday, May 12th. Once the Student Portal registration closes, you will need to email Academic Records to register. Please include your full name, student ID number and course name and number in your email.

Students are encouraged to login to their portal and see course offerings in real time on the advising and registration page.  If you do not have credentials yet but want to see what will be offered, click on the links below.  Please note that course offerings are subject to change.

2023-2024 FAFSA Available

The 2023-2024 FAFSA is still available for those enrolling in the Spring 2024 term! You must renew this each year if you plan to receive federal or state financial assistance.

  • Visit fafsa.ed.gov and complete the FAFSA for the 2023-2024 Academic Year using your 2021 tax information.
  • Enter NGU's school code 003441.
  • Please select "link to IRS" when submitting the tax information for both the student and parents.

Applying for Graduation

If you are planning to graduate in December of 2024, you should apply for graduation by August 1, 2024!  Early application is imperative to provide ample time for the Academic Records team to complete your graduation audit.  The audit verifies that you have completed or will complete all necessary requirements to earn your degree.  If something is missing, this allows time for you to make necessary adjustments to your schedule.

To locate the Application for Graduation in your portal, follow this path:  Students tab>Forms and Information>Student Forms>Application for Graduation.  Applications received after August 1st will incur a late fee.
